What I Do

I normally only work with a select few clients per year. I like to role my sleeves up and dive deep into the weeds of the operation side of your business. I listen, watch, learn, ask a bunch of deep questions and then drop value bombs. I'm interested in how your business ticks, finding out how operations currently run to quickly pinpoint where the bottle necks are & highlight areas of improvement and possible expansion.

Web3 & AI is a rapidly changing environment and who better to help guide you than someone that is "a mix between Spock & MacGyver". Ideation and problem solving are my biggest strengths. The majority of the discussions are going to be business and customer related questions but the solutions are often operational changes with a bit of tech.

Your time is precious so I try to extract as much information out in the shortest time possible.

I've been involved with blockchain before the term Web3 was coined and I'm super passionate about the ever evolving space of AI. I'm not the person who is going to be coding but I am the coach that knows the field, will formulate a game plan and help you connect the dots.

Are you ready to play with the big kids?

About Me

I've always been a computer geek and been lucky to grow up in what I think was the best era of computing. By the time I was in high school dialup was becoming standard in homes but before that I got to grow up on some great classics like Commander Keen, Monkey Island & Wolfenstein.

Originally I trained as a Web developer in the early Web2 days where server side programming and ASP.NET was the new kid on the block. I loved building things but quickly found I didn’t like building things that I wasn’t passionate about so I jumped at an opportunity when I was offered a job in a totally different career path that paid more than the average web developer. I now mostly have a sales, account management, business development management and leadership background but have since come back full circle. My skillset is now better suited to architecting & product management than coding.

The family is the nucleus of civilization & I’m lucky enough to have a super supportive wife and a couple of awesome kids who still enjoy spending time with their dad.
